Capsules in dry form get activated by temperature to release their contents. Applicable to Polymer & Biopolymer Capsules. Useful in Flavour, Flame Retardants, Tribological/Lubrication applications
Time
Non-Breakable capsules with changes in surroundings get activated with time to release their contents through a diffusion mechanism. Useful for fragrances, pesticides, repellant actives, antimicrobial actives, paint & coating solutions. Applicable mainly to Polymer capsules
Friction/Indentation
After deposition, friction activates the breakage and/or release of active content. Applicable to Polymer, Biopolymer capsules & Liposomal vesicles. Useful for fragrance release in home & personal care, corrosion and self-healing paints & coatings, repellant actives, antimicrobial actives etc
Water
Capsules in dry form get activated by water or humidity to release their payload. Applicable to Polymer & Biopolymer Capsules. Useful of fragrances, flavours and cosmetic applications
No Trigger
Capsules are completely inert to any external stimulus. Useful for Phase change Materials, Sunscreen actives . Applicable to Polymer and Biopolymer capsules
pH /Enzymatic
Capsules are triggered by pH /Enzymatic changes. Useful for Home Care & Pharma applications. Applicable mainly to Biopolymer/Biocompatible polymers and Liposomes
